A Year of Healing, Outreach & Impact: 2025 at Cleft Care Foundation

As 2025 comes to a close, Cleft Care Foundation (CCF) looks back on a year filled with hope, growth, and meaningful progress. This year, we reached more communities, strengthened partnerships, and continued our mission of providing holistic, dignified cleft care to children and adults across Pakistan. Every step taken this year has brought us closer to ensuring that every patient, regardless of location or circumstance, receives complete care and support.

🌍 Outreach & Regional Engagement

CCF expanded its reach to underserved areas, meeting with local healthcare professionals in Talagang and Gujar Khan to spread our vision and mission. These engagements emphasized the importance of multidisciplinary collaboration in the holistic care of cleft patients and helped build lasting partnerships to support children and families in these regions.

Cleft Care Camps were conducted in:

  • Attock (DHQ Attock)
  • Talagang
  • Barakahu
  • Murree
  • Gujar Khan

Through these efforts, we strengthened our network and made high-quality, comprehensive cleft care more accessible to patients who previously faced significant barriers.

🏥 Patient Care & Clinical Impact

By the end of 2025, CCF achieved significant milestones through its holistic, multidisciplinary care model:

126 patients registered — all received nutritional guidance, audiology and psychological therapy, and were assessed for speech therapy

20 patients enrolled in regular speech therapy sessions

34 cleft surgeries completed

26 orthodontic treatments started

30 patients assessed by ENT specialists

These outcomes reflect CCF’s commitment to providing comprehensive care that addresses the surgical, functional, and emotional needs of every patient.
