On 3rd May 2025, the Cleft Care Foundation held another heartwarming chapter in its mission to restore smiles and rebuild confidence through its Cleft Camp 2025. Held at our facility, the camp brought together a team of compassionate professionals with one goal: to offer free cleft lip and palate consultations, treatments, and hope to children and families in need.
A Day of Impact and Transformation
From early morning, the clinic was filled with warmth, energy, and purpose as families arrived from nearby regions, many traveling long distances for a chance at life-changing treatment. More than 20 patients were registered, each welcomed with personalized care and respect.
Our expert medical team conducted detailed evaluations, guiding families through the surgical journey, addressing their concerns, and offering reassurance at every step. For many parents, this was the first time they felt seen, heard, and understood in their child’s medical journey.
Beyond Medicine – Creating a Safe Space
The camp was not just about treatment—it was about creating a safe, inclusive space where every child felt special. Children received small gifts and engaged in creative play activities while their families were briefed on post-operative care and the importance of continued support.
To ensure a holistic experience, our counselors were present to provide emotional and psychological support, especially to parents grappling with social stigma and misinformation about cleft conditions.
United by a Cause
None of this would have been possible without our incredible volunteers and generous donors. Their time, energy, and contributions ensured the smooth execution of the camp. From registration desks to managing logistics, every volunteer played a pivotal role.
A special shoutout goes to our marketing and outreach teams, who made sure the word about the camp reached remote communities in advance. Their efforts ensured that the camp had a wide and meaningful reach.

This camp was a reminder that one day can change a life. But our mission continues. The cleft journey is long, and our foundation remains committed to supporting children through every phase—surgery, speech therapy, orthodontics, and beyond.
